Thank you for your interest in the Family Adolescent Child Treatment Service, LLC (FACTS). We are a multidisciplinary team of professionals that are passionate about helping our clients work toward healing, self-discovery, and overall wellbeing. We provide outpatient therapeutic and diagnostic services intended to address a wide range of behavioral health concerns. Our experienced team of professionals is dedicated to providing personalized care for our clients. We work with children, adolescents, adults, families, parents and couples- throughout the lifespan.
Our providers complete a thorough intake assessment at the onset of services, and then collaboratively work with clients to create a comprehensive and individualized approach to treatment. We strive to foster long lasting success for our clients. We utilize evidence-based practice in conjunction with a compassionate approach to empower our clients in achieving their treatment goals. We are an inclusive practice that strives to create a safe space for everyone.
