Payment Information

We accept and are in-network with the following insurance plans:

Sliding Fee Scale (Please feel free to discuss this option with us if you do not have health insurance, if we are out-of-network with your insurance, or you would prefer not to use your health insurance benefits.)

Our professional rate is $175.00 for 50-minutes of therapy or testing services. This is the rate that we will bill your insurance as well. In most cases, you will be responsible for your deductible, copay, or coinsurance. If we are in-network with your insurance company, we will bill your insurance for you, and you will be responsible for what your insurance company determines is your financial responsibility. We recommend that you contact your insurance company ahead of time, to find out what your financial responsibility will be and what your plan will cover. In order to determine if we are in-network with your insurance company, please contact them directly.

If you have an HMO insurance plan, in most cases, you will need a referral from your Primary Care Provider (PCP), in order to schedule an appointment with us. Please feel free to contact us about this process and we would be happy to walk you through how to request a behavioral healthcare referral for one of our providers.

If we are out-of-network with your insurance company and you would like to pay out-of-pocket for services, we are happy to provide you with a superbill which you can submit to your insurance company in an attempt to obtain financial reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company directly, to find out if your plan offers reimbursement for out-of-network behavioral healthcare services, and what type of reimbursement you may qualify for.
