He/Him/His

I am a Postdoctoral resident at FACTS under the supervision of Dr. Michelle White. I offer in-person and remote therapy to children, adolescents, and adults of all ages. My areas of specialization include depression, anxiety, ADHD management, academic and behavioral challenges, parenting, self-esteem issues, identity development, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and boys/men issues. I utilize an integrative and individualized approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to meet each client’s unique needs. I am committed to creating a supportive and affirming space where individuals feel heard, valued, and empowered. I believe therapy should be engaging, practical, and tailored to each person’s current needs. It is important to me that clients feel actively involved in the process and that therapy meets them where they are in their journey. My approach is rooted in collaboration, self-discovery, and meaningful change; helping clients build confidence, develop insight, and strengthen the skills they need to navigate life’s challenges and create a more fulfilling life. I incorporate evidence-based practice, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and motivational interviewing, to ensure that therapy is both flexible and effective. I earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Clinical Child and Family Psychology from Roosevelt University. I completed an APA-accredited pre-doctoral internship at Michigan’s only state-run psychiatric hospital serving children and adolescents with severe emotional and behavioral challenges. My clinical experience spans between inpatient behavioral health hospitals, outpatient clinics, residential, and partial hospitalization programs, all where I have worked with individuals facing complex behavioral health needs. Additionally, I served as an adjunct instructor, teaching several undergraduate psychology courses at the college level.
